Cancellation policy

Subscriptions ship around the 25th of each month. If you want the first box sooner, you can email us anytime at info@adultsandcrafts.com

You can request any kit under $40 for any month you want. To make a special request, email us by the tenth of the month for that month's special request. 

All Subscriptions renew at their purchased interval, i.e. three-month intervals will renew the month after the third month is shipped. If you want to turn off this renewal, you can do so by creating an account and turning off the auto-renewal. You can also email info@adultsandcrafts.com at any time to make any changes!

When does the Adults & Crafts Crate ship?

We ship the Adults & Crafts Crate out around the 25th of every month. Please contact us if you have any special requests or deadlines!

Can I cancel the Adults & Crafts Crate?

Yes, you can cancel or skip a month or two at any time through your account or by contacting us. You can create and log into your account here. 

*Note* if you cancel a prepaid account before the period is over, you will receive a full refund minus the full price of months you already received. For example, if you paid for 6 months and canceled after three, you will get back = Original Price Paid - (3 x $42.95). If you received any promotional free crafts, those will also be deducted from your refund amount.  

Can I pick my own crafts for the subscription or is it set?

We come up with a brand new craft every month that we send out to our subscribers. We do not post it publicly as many people like the surprise. That being said, if you want to know the upcoming crafts then you can email us at info@adultsandcrafts.com and we will help you out!

We never repeat projects so every project you see on the website will not be part of your subscription.

Also, we do not do fully custom subscriptions, but we do allow for special requests if you want a certain kit for a certain month, again just email us! We do special requests on a month-by-month basis, i.e. no special requests for May in April! Please make your special request by the 15th of each month.

How do I gift the Adults & Crafts Crate?

To gift the Adults & Crafts Crate, simply put the person you are gifting it to as the "Shipping Address". Then we will be in contact with you about any personalization you would like. If you want to include a special note, just put it in the order notes!

When do I have to order to receive that month's kit?

Please order by the 25th of the month to guarantee to receive that month's kit.

Why no free shipping?

We chose a subscription price + shipping model to be transparent about where your money is going. The price is $34 + $8.95 shipping every month. You can also pre-purchase your kit at 3, 6, or 12-month intervals for a discounted rate. The $34 covers the materials, tools, instructions, and the blood, sweat & tears putting the kits together.

Can I return a kit?

Yes, you can, but you will be responsible for the shipping cost back to us. Once it is received, if it is in original condition then we will refund the original payment minus shipping costs.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do at the reasonable flat rate of $15 per shipment for Canada and $30 for the rest of the world!
