How does the process work?

After you pick the project you want to do, press the "book now" button and choose how many attendees there will be and the time and date of your class. It does not need to be the final headcount, but we do need a preliminary headcount to book your time. 

After you submit your booking, we will approve or in a very rare case ask to reschedule your class. We usually will do this within a few hours and definitely within 24 hours. 

Once your time is confirmed, we will reach out to the email on file to send over a shipping spreadsheet for all the attendees. Ideally, this shipping spreadsheet is submitted to us three weeks before the event if there are any international attendees and two weeks before for only domestic attendees.

After the shipping spreadsheet is submitted, we will send an invoice if there are any extra attendees, international attendees, if you want a class longer than an hour, or if it is a weekend class. We will also refund if there are fewer attendees than the original booking. 

After the invoice is paid, we will ship out all the kits and email tracking to the booker of the event.

Then we will send over a Zoom link via a Google calendar invite and meet you for a super crafty class! You can also send us your meeting link if you would like. 

What are the min/max participants?

We require a minimum of six people for our virtual craft classes. If you have a group of less than six, there is an additional $100 fee. There is no maximum limit for participants!

What about International shipping?

The exact shipping charge will depend on the exlocation of the participants and also the kit you pick since they are all different sizes and weights. We will send you the exact amount after the addresses are submitted, but to give you a good idea of the cost here are some example rates:

Canada- $15 

Mexico - $25

Europe - $35

Australia - $35

Asia - $40

South America  - $45

Also, we do our best to avoid any import fees, but if there are any it will be your responsibility to handle any import fees.

How late can I add additional participants?

We can accept additional participants up to a few days before the event. Express shipping charges will be added to ensure the kits arrive on time.

How does rescheduling work?

You can reschedule up to 7 days out with no additional fee. Reschedule requests within a week of the class are subject to a $100 fee. 

Do you do classes longer than 60 minutes?

Yes, we can add extra time to your class for a rate of $50 per 30 minutes. 

Note that some classes are less than 60 minutes and that will be clearly explained in the class description.
